faked so about 1 year ago I began testing HGH using HGH serum and IGF-1 testing
via blood work. During this period of time the real world experience of testing
HGH led me down an exciting road of research and learning. It is my hope to share my experiences and the
science behind HGH testing so that HGH users may know for sure that the products they are injecting are
genuine.
The Protocol
10 iu rHGH Intramuscular injection (IM)
Have your blood drawn 3-4 hours after injecting.
Fasting is not necessary.
No strenuous activity for at least 30 min prior to test.
With a 10iu vial, inject 1 ml (cc) into the vial that contains the GH powder/puck. Direct the stream of water down the side of the glass, being careful not to direct the stream of water directly into the GH powder; swirl gently until the powder is completely dissolved in the solution. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL.
*WARNING* GH serum testing is a crude method for confirming GH potency.
What do the results mean? My research and experiences indicate that injecting 10iu IM of pharmaceutical grade rHGH yields a serum level of between 15-50+ ng/mL in most cases. However this is a general range and should not be interpreted to form a strong opinion about the potency of HGH products. Several tests should be performed to determine an individualistic response.
Originally I began serum testing after injecting HGH subcutaneously (SC) however after some research and several lab tests I determined that SC injections did not raise GH serum levels as much as IM injections.(1)(2) This led to confusion as other users were injecting IM which made their results look dramatically better. In order to avoid confusion several veterans including myself decided to adopt IM as the standard method for testing serum HGH levels. What we learned along the way was quite interesting.
Several men were getting fantastic results with various brands of underground and overseas HGH but I and another man were getting mediocre results at best. It seemed as though we were just unlucky. Our serum levels routinely fell 10-20 ng/mL lower than the others results. After about a half a dozen lab tests I decided to administer USA pharmacy HGH to help determine my response to a known potency of HGH. My results were staggering. My serum levels again fell short of what was expected. I tested less than 20 ng/mL. At that time I concluded that I was a low responder to HGH and that serum testing was a crude method at best for proving HGH.
However a pattern was forming for me. 10iu of HGH was resulting in a range of about 14-24 ng/mL. This has given me a personal range that reflects real world experience not just some text book answer. The studies indicate that I should respond higher. The real world disagrees. Why?
Maybe it’s my body weight or maybe my size (surface area). Maybe I just don’t respond well to HGH. Maybe it’s something else. My journey to find out left me questioning. Those questions led me to more research. I still feel like the answer is somewhat elusive but what I discovered next gave me a balanced understanding of just how crude GH serum testing is.
In 2004 a study was conducted that measured GH antibodies in children who had received Growth Hormone over a 6 month period. 4 of the 47 children showed the presence of antibodies against rhGH. The researchers concluded that the main concern with anti-GH antibodies could be their ability to neutralize circulating growth hormone and inhibit its growth promoting effect.(3) Therefore we must be careful not to erroneously conclude a batch of GH is fake if a user’s results are substandard. This supports the view that several lab tests should be conducted with a known potency of rHGH. This will prove if the subject is a low responder to rHGH.
Although this serum method is crude it does provide valuable insight. I have a known response to USA pharmacy rHGH. If an UGL or overseas product can elevate my GH levels as high as the US pharmacy GH I can be relatively confident that my GH is genuine.
It is my hope that many users follow this protocol and record their responses so we can further understand how injecting rHGH affects serum levels in a wide range of people. This will increase our knowledge and also protect members against those who sell fake products.

Deca, also known as Deca Durabolin or nandrolone decanoate, is perhaps the second-best known injectable anabolic steroid after testosterone. It seems that almost every steroid novice and many who are experienced with steroid cycles believe that for best results they may need to include Deca. However, in fact this compound has no special anabolic properties: other injectable steroids can do everything for muscle growth that Deca can.
Popularity of Deca Durabolin
The unusual properties of Deca Durabolin are due to its parent steroid, nandrolone, also known as 19-nortestosterone. One of the principal positive qualities of nandrolone is that it has relatively low conversion to estrogen compared to testosterone.
In earlier years, testosterone and nandrolone were the only pharmaceutical injectables that were both widely available to bodybuilders and economical. Estrogen control did not then exist. For this reason, Deca’s low aromatizing properties were then quite useful. Deca therefore won wide popularity.
Deca Durabolin Effects on Hair and Skin
An additional advantage of Deca Durabolin (nandrolone) is that this compound is relatively mild in terms of adverse side effects on the scalp and skin. This is because the 5-alpha reductase enzyme acts to reduce the potency of nandrolone, while in contrast many other anabolic steroids are unaffected by this enzyme, and testosterone’s potency is actually increased by it.
Deca Durabolin and Joints
Further, where athletes have joint problems, in many instances use of Deca in a steroid cycle has the positive side effect of providing some aid. Even doses as low as 100 mg/week can entirely suffice for this purpose in many instances.
Deca Durabolin and Recovery of Testosterone Production
Unfortunately, Deca Durabolin usage very commonly has the adverse side effect of interfering with recovery of natural testosterone production after a steroid cycle. Adverse side effect on libido and/or erectile function is also common, but typically only when dosage is at least 200-400 mg/week or when the drug is used alone at any effective dose. Problems are worse when Deca is not combined with testosterone or substantial doses of more androgenic compounds such as trenbolone, Masteron, or Dianabol. There is wide individual variability in response with regard to side effects on libido and erectile function. Depression of mood is also possible.
Deca Durabolin Recommendations
For these reasons I generally recommend against Deca Durabolin use except where the athlete already knows that he can experience joint relief from the compound, or he wishes to see if that will be the case for him and he understands the possible adverse side effects. I prefer for Deca use to be as low as is effective for any such joint problems, and for the majority of the total steroid dosage to be from other compounds.
The long half-life of the drug results in slow clearance. For this reason, Deca Durabolin is unsuited to short cycles or where drug testing is a possibility. I also consider the drug a poor choice for women due to being at least as virilizing per milligram as most other anabolic steroids except testosterone and taking too long to clear if side-effects occur.

Anavar represents one of the most popular oral anabolic steroids of all time, and this is largely due to its well-tolerated nature. This is one of the few anabolic steroids that can be used safely by men and women, and it’s also one of the most side effect friendly. However, in some circles Anavar is greatly underappreciated due to its mild nature, but this is generally due to unrealistic expectations. Many tend to assume all anabolic steroids should yield a set of specific effects at a specific rate of power, but reality tells us varying steroids carry varying results and purposes. Anavar is without question an extremely beneficial anabolic steroid, but in order to appreciate its benefits we must understand it.
Anavar is the popular brand name associated with the dihydrotestosterone derived anabolic steroid Oxandrolone. The Oxandrolone hormone was first released in the early 1960’s under the trade name Anavar by G.D Searle & co. and was touted as carrying numerous therapeutic qualities. However, in 1989 Searle would discontinue the compound; this was largely due to FDA pressure that had tightened its grip on the anabolic steroid market. An important note; Searle also owned the licensing rights to the majority of Oxandrolone products on the global market, which would lead to this steroid nearly disappearing at this time. In 1995 the Oxandrolone hormone would reappear thanks to Bio-Technology General CORP (BTG), now Savient, under the trade name Oxandrin. BTG would hold a monopoly on the product during this time driving its cost through the roof. Thankfully, a few U.S. based pharmacies such as Watson would begin manufacturing generic Oxandrolone in recent years driving the cost down. However, it remains one of the more expensive anabolic steroids on the market, including when purchased from most underground labs. An important note for future purchase; while Anavar remains the common associated name for the Oxandrolone hormone, the Anavar name itself is not used by any human grade pharmaceutical company that manufactures Oxandrolone.

Boldenone is well-known under the trade name Equipoise. It’s not officially licensed as human grade substance, thus technically it should be considered as veterinary steroid. Despite of this, many UG brands are of a perfect quality, which could be par to human grade at all instances.
Boldenone Undecylenate is a derivative of testosterone, which has strong anabolic effect and only moderately androgenic. It provides a slow but steady and consistent gain in quality mass and strength along with with good relief. Best results are achieved when Equipoise is combined with other steroids. It is generally considered to be a stronger and a bit more androgenic than Nandrolone Decanoate. It’s cheaper, and could well replace Deca in most cycles.
Another great effect of boldenone is its ability to increase the number of red blood cells at much greater extend than most of other anabolic steroids although not as much as EPO injections. Also, users usually report an increased appetite.
Dosage and usage Boldenone stays active for quite a long time, in medicine injections are required every 3 or even 4 weeks. However, athletes must do it every other days to maintain stable levels. If this is not possible, do it no less than once per weekAverage dosages of Equipoise are 400-600 mg (in rare occasions 200 mg) per week. This is quite sufficient, do not increase the dosage above 600 mg since it will not produce any additional benefits.
Common bulking cycle length is 10-12 weeks, shorter cycles are much less effective because this is slow acting drug!
Stacking
For mass, Boldenone stacks very well with Dianabol, Anadrol or injectable testosterones like Sustanon or long-acting testosterone cypionate / enathate. The result should be an incredible gain of muscle size and strength and less sides comparing to standalone use of named androgenic components. For instance, possible stack could be 400 mg of boldenone plus 250-500 mg of testosterone weekly with duration 10-12 weeks.

Boldenone will be the best for endurance running because it stimulates the release of erythropoeitin (EPO) in the kidneys which signals the body to increase the production of red blood cells.
SIDE EFFECT AND PCT
Boldenone is associated with mild sides – low aromatization, conversion to estrogen is approx 50% comparing to testosterone. Water retention is mild, comparable to deca but much less than with test. There’s some risk of developing gynocomastia for estrogen-sensitive athletes when high dosages used. All of these could be easily cured by using tamoxifen or clomiphene, stronger antiaromatisers are not needed.
Androgen-related problems could occur, too, with high dosages of Boldenone used. These are oily skin, acne formation, increased aggression and hair loss. Using proscar / finasteride is virtually useless against boldenone because they block different metabolites, so the best protection is to control dosage.
Besides these, users also report suppression of endogenous testosterone production. Thus, it’s always advisable for the athletes to never take the drug alone. Failure to do so can result to possibility of sexual dysfunction. A combination of HCG and Clomiphene/Tamoxifen may likewise be needed at the end of each cycle to avoid a “crash”, particularly when running long in duration.
If high volume injections are made too frequently to the same injection spot, an oil abscess may form. It will often dissipate on its own but in the worst case it may require surgical drain. Athletes should take caution and rotate injection sites, this is true for many other steroids as well. Limit each injection to 3ml and use the same spot again no more often than once per week, preferably every other week.
Detection time
Detection period is up to 5 months due to the high oil solubility of boldenone undecylenate’s long chain ester. Such property enables the drug to remain deposited in fatty tissues for a long time. This notably slows down the release of steroid into the blood stream and allows small residual amounts to remain present in the body far after the initial injection.
Female usage
Females could be quite comfortable with Boldenone if used at 50-75 mg / week, virilization symptoms are highly unlikely to occur. Maximum allowed dosage is 150 mg / week.
